Reading Level: High School

After four years of hiding her feelings from Gabriel, Tanner Rose finally tells him her feelings and is surprised and delighted to find that he loves her too. Tanner feels like nothing can get in the way of her happiness until her old fling and co-star, Jason Allen, comes to help Tanner with her debut movie. He is constantly trying to tell her how much fun they used to have and how it could be again. Tanner feels like everything is going wrong with an overly crazy overbearing mother and a kung fu rival and even begins to doubt Gabriel's love for her. After a terrible confusion and lots of misunderstandings, can Gabriel and Tanner ever be together?

Thank you so much T. M. Gaouette for sending me a complimentary copy of Loving Gabriel! I was happy to read and receive this book. My review of this book is entirely my own.

Loving Gabriel is the last book in the Faith and Kung Fu series, and when I finished it, I felt like squealing in delight and crying because it ended. Since the first book, Freeing Tanner Rose, I have been waiting for Tanner and Gabriel to get together, and it finally happened in the fourth excellent book! It was everything that I was waiting and hoping for, and it even had more thoughts and feelings from Gabriel, which I always thought needed to be added to in the previous books. Loving Gabriel takes place a few years after Guarding Aaron, and we see that the characters have matured and grown since last we saw them.

Once I started the story, it was tough to put it down because it kept getting better and better the more I read. The dialogue was engaging and entertaining and made me love the book even more. I liked how Loving Gabriel talked a lot about how a Catholic couple should act, the importance of honesty, and how sweet everything would be to wait until marriage. Near the end, there was some danger that I did not expect, but in the end, I loved it because I felt that it brought Tanner and Gabriel even closer together. These characters have felt like friends, and it feels so good to see everything come together at the end. Most romance books end with the girl and guy loving each other, and that's it, but Loving Gabriel was different and had a very satisfying ending. I enjoyed Loving Gabriel and the entire series so much, and I recommend it to all older teens and young adults!

Things to Mention: There are some kisses with little detail and talk about the desire of kissing. There is some fighting. A main character is drugged and stolen.
